Terms and Conditions

1. The event period is 30 days, from March 2, 2022, 12AM UTC - April 1, 2022, 15:59PM UTC

4. Users who have earned or upgraded their VIP status via this event will have their statues unaudited until our termination date, May 1, 2022, 15:59 UTC (30 days after event period ends). In other words, users will be able to maintain their VIP status regardless of their trading volume.

5. VIP fee rates will be implemented on March 18, 2022. Please be aware that until then, users will not be able to enjoy discounted VIP fee rates.

6. After May 1, 2022, users' VIP status will be determined by our regular criteria (trading volumes in the last 30 days. Read more here.

7. During the event period, users can still level up their VIP status via trading volume. Such upgrades will not be subjected to the May 1 termination date, but rather audited based on our regular VIP criteria. If you believe there's an error in the VIP level you've been assigned, please contact our VIP team at premium@bybit.com.

8. Please note that our referral number update is not real time, but refreshed daily. Please expect a one (1) day delay in activating/upgrading your VIP status.

9. Users will be able to receive and redeem their NFT lucky draw ticket within 30 business days after the event period in a separate NFT lucky draw page. We will send out notifications via email and in-site notification to eligible users when the lucky draw event begins.

10. Multi-account registration to farm Bybit rewards or any other abusive or fraudulent behaviors will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.
