Terms & Conditions:

1. Users will have to confirm their participation via registering on the sign up page for their trades to be counted. Please check our event page for more details.
2. Results of daily lucky draws (Perk 1) will be announced two (2) days after the draw date, i.e. if you are eligible for the draw on Feb. 24, 2022 and win, your UID will be revealed on the event page on Feb. 26, 2022.
3. Results of the weekly top five (5) winners across Perks 2 and 3 will be announced every Monday on the event page. Results of the additional lucky draws for a total of 1,000 NFTs and 6 racing experience tickets will be announced within one (1) month of the event's end date on the blog.
4. Under Perks 2 and 3, users who reach trading volume tiers are only eligible for one (1) USDT reward. For example, if you record $50,000 in Spot trades, you will only get a 12 USDT reward.
5. All rewards, including USDT rewards and those from the daily lucky draws, will be distributed to users within one (1) month of the event's end date. Additional details from users may be required for the successful distribution of NFT rewards. Users will be notified via email.
6. Only trades from a user's main Bybit account (no subaccount) will be counted. API trading will also be counted. Institutional users are not eligible to participate in the event.
7. Bybit reserves the right to disqualify trades that are deemed to be wash trades or illegally bulk registered accounts, as well as trades that display attributes of self-dealing or market manipulation.
8. Bybit reserves the right to cancel or amend any activity or activity rules at its sole discretion.
